1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cricket Kit Repair Clinic Private Limited's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CKRC provides repair, restoration, and refurbishment services for cricket equipment including bats, gloves, pads, helmets, and kit bags. We also offer academy partnership plans for cricket academies and clubs.

3. Booking & Orders

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your equipment and initial inspection
• Estimated turnaround times are indicative and may vary based on repair complexity
• We will contact you before proceeding with any repairs exceeding the agreed estimate
• Equipment collected for repair is your responsibility until picked up by our team

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion and before delivery of repaired equipment
• We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and cash at our Mumbai location
• All prices are inclusive of 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9%) unless stated otherwise
• GST invoices are issued by Cricket Kit Repair Clinic Private Limited · GSTIN: 27AAHCC1234A1Z5
• Academy plan payments are due on the 1st of each month

5. Liability

CKRC takes utmost care with your equipment. However, our liability is limited to the agreed repair cost in case of any accidental damage during the repair process. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not documented at intake.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Cricket Kit Repair Clinic Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
