Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and service guarantees
Last updated: March 1, 2026At Cricket Kit Repair Clinic Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a repair, we will make it right. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds and cancellations apply.
You may cancel a booked repair at any time before our team picks up the equipment, free of charge. Simply call or WhatsApp us on +91 9555530621.
A cancellation fee of ₹100 will apply to cover logistics costs. We will return your equipment at no additional charge.
Cancellations are not accepted once repair work has commenced. You will be charged for the work completed to that point.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are typically faster (1–2 business days). Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Academy partnership plans can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current month. Annual plan refunds are pro-rated for unused months.
